Guests scan a QR code which brings them to a platform where they are able to send through requests. For instance, guest can request for more chairs in the meeting room, adjustment of temperature for air conditioning, alteration done to event schedule.
All requests go to the banquet manager in charge of the event so that necessary actions can be taken.
Allows banquet team to get real-time information immediately. Requests can be attended to quickly.
Requests made through the platform allow guests to remain in the meeting room. It is less disruptive if the meeting is in progress.
